Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) technical support to merchants, troubleshooting POS systems, payment processors, networking, Windows and iOS issues via phone and email. Manage escalations, collaborate with sales and product teams, maintain/update documentation and support collateral, and deliver high customer satisfaction while working flexible hours and meeting connectivity requirements.

Serve as primary relationship and operational lead for a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction. Proactively manage account growth and sales cycles, coordinate product deployments and releases, advocate client priorities to internal teams, run incident root-cause reviews, and monitor development work in Jira. Prioritize client experience, follow through on issues, and identify opportunities for expanded revenue.

Support partner developers through integrations and Beta launches, provide escalated technical support, manage partner integration releases and documentation, collaborate with engineering to prioritize features, and coach team members while upholding company values and processes.

Manage and lead a development team to implement merchant-facing applications, oversee projects from intake to delivery, and ensure system quality. Drive team growth and engineering processes while collaborating on architecture, incident response, and product delivery.
