The role is primarily onsite in Gainesville, Georgia, with one remote workday weekly and occasional travel.

Owns an Agile delivery team’s product backlog for an underwriting modernization initiative. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to define features and user stories, prioritize work, support roadmap execution, lead Agile ceremonies, resolve risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable business value. Builds stakeholder trust, facilitates alignment, communicates priorities and outcomes, and develops product leadership capabilities. Insurance, financial services, technology, operations, or business analysis experience is preferred.

Assists with analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models for insurance underwriting, pricing, claims, and retention, and building data pipelines and automated reporting. Collaborates with actuarial, underwriting, claims, product, and data engineering teams to solve business problems. Communicates insights through visualization and data storytelling, monitors model performance and data quality, and explores new data sources and modeling techniques while supporting insurance model governance.

Handle daily ceded reinsurance claims (primarily asbestos, environmental, abuse): evaluate coverage, maintain claim diaries, bill and record cessions, respond to reinsurer requests, calculate net exposure, support accounting/collections, and participate in reviews and team projects.

Manage Illinois workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution: investigate compensability, set reserves, negotiate settlements, collaborate with counsel and vendors, ensure legal compliance, document files, analyze trends, and present large-loss reports to drive favorable outcomes.

Field-based role in Illinois to develop agency relationships, secure profitable new business, create strategic marketing plans, conduct market/competitive analysis, drive revenue through sales and cross-selling, educate agents on products, and meet/exceed sales targets. Requires frequent travel to visit agents and brokers.

Provide administrative and operational support to workers' compensation adjusters by setting up and maintaining claim files, processing transactions, responding to inquiries, coordinating outreach, preparing documentation, supporting litigation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance using claims platforms.
