Partner with the CEO and exec team to build scalable HR systems, drive adoption, and manage compliance while enabling growth in a lean, distributed environment.

Lead credit strategy and portfolio management using analytics and predictive models. Own decisioning frameworks, optimize model performance, evaluate data vendors, and partner across underwriting, finance, and product to balance growth and credit quality.
