Lead design and implementation of the Tax platform: build scalable, fault-tolerant systems, improve extensibility, mentor engineers, drive technical strategy and roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally, improve reliability/incident response, and build AI guardrails to safely leverage agentic LLMs for tax compliance.

Lead strategy, design, and operationalization of Gusto's Accountant Partner Program. Own program financials, partner relationships, enablement strategy, competitive intelligence, and vendor partnerships. Manage two enablement ICs, collaborate cross-functionally to build an AI-leveraged operating model, and represent Gusto externally to grow partner adoption and program reputation.
