The role also involves detecting fraudulent or AI-generated applicants, conducting identity-verified video screens, coaching recruiting colleagues, and influencing senior stakeholders on technical hiring strategy.

Leads marketing strategy and campaign execution for Hagerty’s experiential events, including RADwood, The Amelia, and Greenwich Concours. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing multichannel campaigns, analyzing performance data, overseeing A/B testing and SEO, managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging partners, and improving customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and ROI.

Owns Hagerty’s Qualtrics experience-management platform, including survey programming, contact-list management, deployments, dashboards, and feedback outputs. Analyzes research and survey data to identify themes, develops reports and narratives, presents insights to stakeholders, and supports project timelines and communications. The role also coordinates with internal teams, maintains People Insights resources, and recommends improvements to research and reporting processes.
