Lead multiple engineering teams owning foundational services (identity, documents, payments, vehicle data). Grow managers and engineers, define strategy and roadmaps, ensure technical quality, compliance, operational readiness, cross-team collaboration, and financial sustainability of services.

Manage U.S. and international payroll operations, audit payroll inputs/outputs, reconcile payrolls, maintain payroll controls and compliance, support Workday/HRIS configurations, run testing and reporting, resolve employee payroll inquiries, and partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to improve payroll processes.

Lead Hagerty's EPMO for the APEX Duck Creek implementation: own program financials, vendor and contract oversight, risk/issue management, status and change control, and build a permanent Center of Excellence for program and project management while managing and developing the EPMO team and executive governance reporting.
