Associate Attorney will represent clients in healthcare-related defense litigation from pre-trial through trial. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and agreements; attending hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings; conducting legal research and case analysis; collaborating on case strategy; and supporting business development and client relationships. The role requires a JD, active Illinois bar membership, 3–6 years of relevant litigation or healthcare law experience, and strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Supports three litigation attorneys by managing calendars, scheduling court appearances and case-related meetings, coordinating communications with courts and firm personnel, preparing correspondence and filing notices, and maintaining client files and case records. Tracks billing hours and assists with case preparation. Requires strong knowledge of legal procedures and court systems, advanced Microsoft Office and legal software skills, excellent organization, multitasking ability, time management, communication, and attention to detail.
