Designs and coordinates mechanical systems across project phases, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection layouts, calculations, equipment sizing, controls, specifications, and code compliance. Develop mechanical design documentation, Revit models, calculations, specifications, and BIM project setups for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines, support construction administration, review submittals, respond to RFIs, perform QA/QC, and participate in client and coordination meetings. The role also includes delegating work, coordinating subcontractors, estimating project hours, and managing assigned workloads.

Designs and coordinates electrical systems from concept through construction documentation. Performs load calculations, feeder sizing, short-circuit studies, NEC compliance checks, Revit modeling, QAQC, code research, field verification, and construction support. Coordinates with internal disciplines and external consultants, responds to RFIs and submittals, participates in project meetings, tracks project hours, and mentors junior staff. The role requires independent technical ownership, client interaction, and experience designing electrical solutions for crime labs, medical examiner labs, or comparable facilities.

Leads the firmwide ICT discipline across staffing, recruitment, mentorship, standards, quality assurance, professional development, and operational coordination. Provides technical leadership on complex architecture and engineering projects, oversees ICT best practices and BIM-related standards, manages licensure coverage, and may serve as DPOR or Principal-in-Charge. Partners with sector leadership, HR, Practice Technology, and Operations while supporting project delivery, staff engagement, and cross-office collaboration.
