Ten-week summer internship supporting portfolio management for private equity real estate funds. Responsibilities include financial analysis, data compilation, monitoring fund performance, assisting investor reporting, using third-party systems, validating data for firmwide platforms, and participating in cross-department meetings. Provides broad exposure to fundraising, acquisitions, asset management, and investor communications.

Support portfolio management by analyzing fund and asset performance, preparing investor-facing reports and presentations, maintaining financial projection and construction models, coordinating with internal teams on capital activity and valuations, responding to investor diligence, and contributing to data and platform initiatives to improve reporting and investor communications.

The Director of Digital Assets will drive performance and optimization of a data center portfolio by overseeing acquisitions, developing strategies for asset management, and ensuring alignment with investment objectives.
