Offers 401(K)
401K allows you a choice of fifteen investment funds to choose from. In addition, HAVI's Profit Sharing contribution is based on company performance.
Offers disability insurance
No cost to employee Short Term Disability – Eligible on day of hire. Equals a percentage of your pay based upon length of service. Long Term Disability too.
Provides 401(K) matching
HAVI's company match is 100% of the first 3% you contribute and 50% of the next 2% you contribute. Amazing!
