Health Insurance & Wellness Benefits

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

You can contribute your own pre-tax dollars to either or both: - Medical Spending Account/ $2,650 max. - Elder/Child Care Account/ $5,000 max.

Disability Insurance

No cost to employee Short Term Disability – Eligible on day of hire. Equals a percentage of your pay based upon length of service. Long Term Disability too.

401(K)

401K allows you a choice of fifteen investment funds to choose from. In addition, HAVI's Profit Sharing contribution is based on company performance.

Tuition Reimbursement
