Provide secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to a litigation team: draft and edit pleadings, e-file documents, manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle billing and trial prep, maintain files, and communicate with clients and vendors.

Handle defense litigation matters including case management, developing defense strategies, attending depositions/hearings/mediations, analyzing discovery and medical records, conducting legal research and investigations, and drafting briefs, memos, and client updates. Participate in all stages of cases and make court appearances as part of a litigation team.
