Lead Americas field marketing to define and execute regional demand generation and ABM programs that drive pipeline and revenue. Build and mentor a regional team, partner with sales, product marketing, and partners, run events and multi-channel campaigns, adopt AI use cases, set KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize go-to-market execution.

Lead and deliver corporate strategy projects: structure problems, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, identify growth, evaluate M&A and partnerships, and present strategic recommendations to C-suite. Drive alignment and support execution working closely with Product, Finance, and senior stakeholders to inform capital allocation and maximize company valuation.

Senior Technical Support Engineer: act as a technical advisor for customers using mobile and embedded SDKs. Diagnose and resolve production issues across Android, iOS, and Flutter (including native C/C++ crashes and symbolicated logs), support RESTful APIs and cloud services, and provide root-cause analysis for high-visibility escalations. Collaborate cross-functionally, manage projects and priorities, and drive timely corrective actions to optimize customer implementations of mapping/location services.

Own customer success for HERE location products: drive adoption, delivery, retention, and expansion for strategic accounts. Lead cross-functional programs, consult on Navigation/IoT/LBS solutions, provide product feedback, and manage executive-level customer relationships to maximize value.

Define and drive a visual-first map platform, architecting end-to-end visual-to-map pipelines (imagery→3D→semantic maps). Lead scalable 3D geospatial data processing and AI-based map creation using computer vision, world models, and USD. Standardize scene representations, build export pipelines, align platform with ADAS/digital twin needs, and provide technical leadership and mentoring across teams.

Define and evolve ArcGIS Enterprise reference architecture on Kubernetes (AWS EKS). Ensure scalability, reliability, security, HA/DR, and cost efficiency. Provide architectural guidance, governance, and best practices; partner with DevOps, platform, and application teams to enable production-ready GIS and analytics applications.

Drive revenue through strategic AWS partnerships and direct enterprise sales: build joint value propositions, execute co-sell strategies, leverage AWS Marketplace and funding, qualify and close SaaS opportunities, and manage relationships with AWS field teams and large enterprise accounts.
