Lead and formalize Higgsfield AI’s policy function, advising leadership and cross-functional teams on regulatory, safety, reputational, platform, product, and public-policy issues. Develop policy principles and decision frameworks, monitor emerging developments, identify risks and opportunities, translate complex issues into actionable recommendations, and support external policy positioning. Partner closely with Legal, Product, Communications, and senior leadership on sensitive and ambiguous matters.

Build and manage Ironclad workflows, integrations, automations, reporting, permissions, and secure AI connections across Legal, Finance, RevOps, Sales, and other business systems. Develop reliable API integrations with monitoring, error handling, and retries; improve contract data visibility; administer releases and change management; troubleshoot issues, manage vendors, document processes, and train users.

Own and improve the legal function’s operations, technology, workflows, and automation. Manage Ironclad CLM workflows, matter management, e-billing, AI-assisted legal processes, outside counsel relationships, reporting, and performance metrics. Partner with Finance, IT, and business teams to scale legal processes, implement new tools, and improve operational efficiency across a rapidly growing global organization.

Edit and fact-check content across blogs, Help Center materials, changelogs, case studies, PR, newsletters, product updates, and UI text. Maintain consistent brand voice, improve clarity and tone, optimize content for AI answers, and write original editorial pieces. The role requires native English fluency, strong editing and writing experience, portfolio evidence, sound editorial judgment, ownership, and comfort working at startup speed.

Own the commercial contracting lifecycle across intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, and repository management. Administer and scale Ironclad workflows, templates, playbooks, permissions, reporting, migrations, and automation. Independently negotiate NDAs, prepare agreement markups, manage SLAs, coordinate cross-functional approvals, maintain contract data quality, and improve processes through workflow automation and AI tools.

Serves as a senior commercial legal advisor to Marketing, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance. Leads negotiation of marketing, advertising, performance-based, affiliate, media, creator, SaaS, API, licensing, and strategic partnership agreements. Advises leadership on AI, privacy, data, intellectual property, consumer protection, and commercialization risks. Builds scalable contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and approval frameworks while mentoring junior legal professionals and supporting high-priority strategic initiatives.

Lead LATAM enterprise sales for Higgsfield AI, owning territory revenue targets, managing full sales cycles, building executive relationships, partnering cross-functionally, and expanding regional presence with partners and agencies.

Serve as senior commercial legal leader advising on complex enterprise SaaS, API/developer platform, technology licensing, and strategic partnerships; build scalable contracting processes, counsel executives on AI/privacy/IP issues, mentor legal team members, and support international expansion and go-to-market initiatives.
