Serves as a senior commercial legal advisor to Marketing, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance. Leads negotiation of marketing, advertising, performance-based, affiliate, media, creator, SaaS, API, licensing, and strategic partnership agreements. Advises leadership on AI, privacy, data, intellectual property, consumer protection, and commercialization risks. Builds scalable contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and approval frameworks while mentoring junior legal professionals and supporting high-priority strategic initiatives.

Provide legal support for product development, privacy, AI governance, and regulatory strategy. Advise Product, Engineering, Security and executive teams on AI-powered features, data usage, and launches. Lead cross-functional legal workstreams, build scalable review processes, playbooks, and governance frameworks, and support commercial, IP, and operational initiatives to enable rapid, compliant product innovation.

The Senior Counsel will partner across departments to provide legal support, manage contracts, and build legal processes while staying updated on relevant laws.

Lead and scale global demand generation for enterprise and PLG: develop integrated campaigns (paid, ABM, content, email, webinars, events, partnerships), optimize funnel and attribution, build reporting and automation, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, revenue, and expansion.

Serve as senior commercial legal leader advising on complex enterprise SaaS, API/developer platform, technology licensing, and strategic partnerships; build scalable contracting processes, counsel executives on AI/privacy/IP issues, mentor legal team members, and support international expansion and go-to-market initiatives.
