Lead generation of accurate, unbiased demand plans across a 24+ month horizon; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Supply teams; support IBP monthly cycle; maintain forecasts in ERP/planning systems; analyze POS/inventory/order data; monitor KPIs and variances; drive continuous improvement and system enhancements to improve demand planning and enable operational execution.

Create and maintain unbiased demand forecasts by enriching baseline models with cross-functional inputs. Lead CPFR and VMI processes, support monthly IBP/Demand Review, analyze demand variances and KPIs, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business goals and operational execution.

Analyze and report on Order to Cash and customer integration data to improve service and reduce risk. Support acquisitions, ERP/WMS/TMS/EDI validations, develop dashboards and KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and partner cross-functionally to refine the enterprise O2C data model and drive process improvements.

Lead social content strategy and execution across organic and paid channels, write on-brand copy, manage community and influencer partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze digital KPIs, and optimize campaigns while overseeing basic photo/video production.
