Manage the full lifecycle of insurance carrier connections within Employee Navigator, including onboarding, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and Open Enrollment support. Collaborate with carriers, product, development, and client success teams to resolve integration issues and meet business requirements. Support clients and carriers, monitor data flows, and recommend process improvements. The role requires experience with benefits administration systems, SaaS integrations, APIs, EDI, JSON, XML, and cloud platforms.

Manage and execute national and regional corporate events: own event calendar, coordinate venues/vendors, create and distribute event content, target and engage audiences, uphold brand standards, contribute ideas, and help define KPIs to measure success.

Lead placement strategy and market access for insurance accounts across Florida. Build carrier relationships, resolve complex placement issues, support sales with market intelligence, analyze placement metrics, ensure compliance, and drive revenue and retention. Manage, mentor, and develop placement teams while providing executive reporting and participating in large account pursuits.
