Manages competitive bids, supplier negotiations, contracts, risk, compliance, performance, financial analysis, savings tracking, and stakeholder recommendations. Establishes sourcing strategies, governance, processes, and reporting while mentoring team members and advising senior leaders and clients.

Leads enterprise Finance transformation by defining the operating model and roadmap, modernizing processes and ERP capabilities, optimizing shared services, governing execution and value realization, and building change leadership and digital capabilities across Finance. Partners with executives across Accounting, Tax, Capital Markets, Technology, and business functions while managing risks, dependencies, resources, KPIs, and benefits.

Leads global operational standards, policies, technology, reporting, and resident experience strategies across Hines’ residential and mixed-use portfolio. Oversees premium service delivery, vendor performance, amenity monetization, occupancy and rent optimization, operational assessments, training, and cross-functional initiatives. Mentors property teams, supports community development and repositioning, uses performance data to improve retention and profitability, and provides leadership during emergencies. Requires domestic and occasional international travel and may involve inspections of building systems.
