Supports daily office operations through data entry, record keeping, filing, correspondence, phone and email management, scheduling, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and preparation of reports and presentations.

Maintains accurate daily financial records, posts transactions to appropriate ledgers, brings books to trial balance, verifies postings, completes tax forms, prepares reports and statements, and processes accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoices, tax payments, and payroll.
