Lead digital product architecture and transformation efforts: document requirements, perform maturity assessments, develop strategic roadmaps, bridge stakeholders across digital, integration, and data teams, and support experience-led growth within Agile delivery teams.

Lead day-to-day SEO strategy and execution for large clients, act as primary client contact, mentor junior team members, identify upsell opportunities, support new business pitches, create deliverables, case studies and POVs, present at industry events, and drive strong client satisfaction.
