Lead multi-site industrial engineering strategy and continuous improvement across distribution and contract packaging. Manage senior IE team, drive automation and ROI analyses, partner with customers and IT/integrators, establish KPIs and governance, support bid/solutioning, and ensure standardized, safe, efficient operations.

Operates powered industrial equipment to load, unload, stack, stage, store, and prepare products for shipment in a distribution center or storage yard. Performs equipment inspections, maintains inventory accuracy, conducts physical inventories, ensures stock rotation, reports damage or quality variances, and follows OSHA, GMP, company safety, and housekeeping standards. Coordinates with customer service, transportation, and maintenance teams while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Lead design and improvement of warehouse and packaging operations across multiple sites. Perform time studies, analytics, layout design, and automation proposals; develop KPIs, dashboards, and implementation roadmaps. Partner with operations, finance, and vendors to validate productivity, drive cost savings, and ensure safety and compliance.

Lead design and implementation of technical, operational, and construction projects for distribution and eCommerce facilities. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines/budgets, support facility expansion and construction, integrate logistics and technology solutions, conduct operational analyses, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Designs scalable, secure, and supportable technology solutions for customer implementations and enterprise initiatives. Translates business requirements into architectures spanning applications, integrations, infrastructure, cloud, data, and security. Leads solution design, technical decisions, implementation planning, cost estimation, stakeholder presentations, and risk mitigation. Develops architecture standards, governance processes, reference architectures, and reusable patterns while advising business and technology leaders on modernization and best practices.

Support and optimize warehouse management system (WMS) solutions by gathering requirements, mapping processes, building integrations, writing SQL for analysis, executing testing and UAT, delivering training, providing Level 2 application support, and collaborating with vendors and development teams to implement WMS enhancements that improve warehouse operations and fulfillment.

Lead WMS implementations and support by gathering and documenting requirements, designing integrations and workflows, creating and executing test plans (including UAT), writing SQL for reporting and troubleshooting, providing Level 2 application support, and developing process and training documentation to optimize warehouse operations and integrations.
