Develop and maintain complex GIS maps, applications, geodatabases, web services, spatial data models, ETL workflows, and custom geoprocessing tools. Translate client processes into GIS requirements and solutions, manage data quality and enterprise geodatabases, support SQL Server, conduct geospatial analyses and modeling, document systems, coordinate data exchanges and training, and provide remote or on-site client support.

On-call emergency management professionals deploy nationwide, including Puerto Rico, to support disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and humanitarian missions. Responsibilities include serving in EOCs or JFOs, conducting needs assessments, coordinating resources and logistics, supporting sheltering and mass care, preparing situation reports, managing stakeholders, filling ICS roles, and providing specialized technical expertise. Assignments may last one to six months and require short-notice deployment, extended fieldwork, adaptable schedules, and participation in after-action improvement processes.

Corps members will coordinate emergency operations, conduct needs assessments, manage logistics, and are prepared for rapid deployment during disasters.
