Lead the solution architecture and design for Liberty Utilities’ Itron Field Collection System upgrade from versions 4.3.0 and 4.5.3 to FCS 4.7. Responsibilities include server specifications, technical decision-making, design reviews, issue escalation, and supporting QA, functional, SIT, UAT, and production deployment across FC300 handhelds, MC3/MC4 Toughbooks, and Bing Maps integration.

Test the upgraded Itron Field Collection System version 4.7, including associated FC300 handhelds and MC3/MC4 Toughbooks. Responsibilities include functional and non-functional test planning, test case preparation, execution across SIT and UAT, defect triage, defect retesting, and test result documentation.

Develop and test the interface between Itron’s Field Collection System and SAP billing. Responsibilities include FCS-side integration development, data mapping, unit testing, and supporting meter-reading data exchange through DFS and MoveIT sFTP. The role requires hands-on interface development and integration experience with FCS or comparable field collection systems and enterprise applications such as SAP.

Perform functional and non-functional testing for the Itron Field Collection System upgrade to version 4.7. Responsibilities include test planning, test case development, testing across FCS, FC300 handhelds, MC3/MC4 Toughbooks, and Bing Maps, defect triage, defect retesting, and documenting test results through functional, SIT, and UAT phases.

Responsibilities include server specifications, technical decisions, design reviews, issue escalation, and coordination of QA, functional, SIT, UAT, device, Bing Maps, and SAP integration impacts.

Provide customer-facing technical management and support for Nokia telecom cloud network environments. Configure and troubleshoot OpenStack and Kubernetes platforms, especially Nokia Container Services, across telco, distributed, and edge clouds. Support mobile core technologies, networking, monitoring, automation, cybersecurity, escalations, project coordination, and 24/7 emergency on-call operations. Communicate technical issues clearly and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve customer problems.

Supports Nokia cloud and core network environments across LTE, 5G, CNF, VNF, and IP connectivity platforms. Configures and troubleshoots OpenStack and Kubernetes-based telco clouds, especially Nokia Container Services. Manages networking, servers, storage, monitoring, automation, cybersecurity, escalations, and customer-facing technical communication. Provides 24/7 emergency on-call support, coordinates cross-functional resolution efforts, and applies project management and operational processes.

Serve as a functional SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts. Translate business requirements into solutions, support implementations and production environments, troubleshoot PaaS integrations, and collaborate with technical, functional, and client teams. Gather requirements, design solutions, test, resolve issues, document processes, and manage stakeholder communications. Staffing domain experience and extensive Oracle Cloud Finance expertise are required.

Remote 12-month contract RTL Design Engineer to own micro-architecture and RTL implementation for complex digital blocks. Requires SystemVerilog/Verilog expertise, memory controller and SoC integration experience, IP integration, multi-clock-domain design, and sign-off familiarity (CDC/RDC/lint/synthesis). Works independently and collaborates with DV for closure and debug.
