Provides technical leadership and client advisory services for state and local sales and use tax matters. Responsibilities include multi-state tax research, compliance review, exemption certificate analysis, tax reporting, voluntary disclosures, state tax notices, and M&A tax due diligence. The role uses indirect tax automation platforms, improves compliance workflows, manages complex client engagements, and communicates with clients and tax authorities.

Develop production-grade backend software using Java or Python, with working knowledge of Golang. Build cloud-native microservices, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and event-driven systems. Implement CI/CD automation, testing, observability, performance tuning, and quality controls. Troubleshoot Linux environments, databases, and distributed systems. Telecommunications experience and familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs are desirable.

Lead technical design and delivery of scalable full-stack applications while remaining hands-on with backend systems, workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures, microservices, and APIs. Mentor engineers, guide technical direction, and own engineering outcomes across cloud-based applications and CI/CD pipelines.

Develop and maintain the jBase database during Parts Town’s SAP conversion. Responsibilities include formatting and aligning data for cutover, supporting ongoing jBase operations after conversion, and maintaining its use as a warehouse management system and website platform. The role is fully remote, contract-based, and offers flexible availability of 20–40 hours per week.

Remote 12-month contract RTL Design Engineer to own micro-architecture and RTL implementation for complex digital blocks. Requires SystemVerilog/Verilog expertise, memory controller and SoC integration experience, IP integration, multi-clock-domain design, and sign-off familiarity (CDC/RDC/lint/synthesis). Works independently and collaborates with DV for closure and debug.
