Oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities, driving operational and financial performance. Lead, coach, and develop community management teams; manage budgets and business plans; analyze financial results; execute marketing initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance; and provide leadership updates. The role requires frequent local travel, limited out-of-state travel, and support for training and on-call needs.
