Review and correct data errors, resolve quality and flow issues, analyze large transportation datasets, and create KPI reporting solutions. Deliver client business reviews covering spend, trends, savings, and market impacts. Serve as a client contact while collaborating with audit, finance, development, and analytics teams to improve reporting tools, software, and customer outcomes.

Manage enterprise supply chain software customers, serving as the primary contact for leadership and escalations. Drive platform adoption, optimization, KPI tracking, success planning, product presentations, and long-term customer outcomes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Support, partners, and integrators to resolve risks and complex issues. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and travel up to 25 percent.
