The Director of Product Marketing will lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the quantum computing portfolio, translating technical details into market stories and creating marketing assets for various stakeholders.

Lead and maintain the integrated project plan for delivery of a quantum computing platform. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, site readiness, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and stakeholder communications. Drive traceability, status reporting, and process improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop backend services for quantum computers, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Design, implement, test, and maintain high-performance embedded software that orchestrates computation across CPUs, GPUs, FPGAs, and quantum systems. Optimize latency, throughput, and reliability; integrate drivers, runtimes, and networking; build benchmarks, tooling, and observability; troubleshoot across hardware/software layers; mentor engineers and prototype new technologies to enable scalable quantum-classical computing.

Conduct R&D in quantum optimization for energy grid problems, write and test quantum code, collaborate with experimentalists and external partners, contribute to proposals, publish research, mentor team members, and run simulations and hardware experiments applying quantum algorithms to grid optimization.
