The job involves selling AI and Machine Learning technologies to mortgage companies, managing the sales process for enterprise customers, and working with remote teams.

Lead and build the full demand generation function: inbound, outbound-assist, ABM, field, and digital. Own pipeline metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution), run integrated enterprise campaigns, manage marketing tech stack (CRM, MAP, intent, analytics), and align closely with Sales on ICP, messaging, and pipeline quality.

Serve as the strategic Customer Success lead for enterprise mortgage clients, owning onboarding, configuration of document extraction models, workflow automation, regulatory compliance mapping, executive relationships, NRR/expansion targets, and product feedback. Coordinate implementation and engineering, run QBRs, maintain CRM hygiene, and drive measurable operational outcomes across origination, underwriting, servicing, and post-close processes.

Own and optimize CRM systems, build dashboards and reports for pipeline and forecasting, support territory/quota planning, manage sales tech stack, improve sales processes, prepare QBRs and board reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase sales efficiency.

Lead global marketing strategy and build a scalable marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing, brand, content, digital, and communications. Drive pipeline and predictable revenue through integrated programs (inbound, outbound, ABM, partner), partner with sales on ICP and messaging, own product positioning and launches, and build data-driven analytics, attribution, and marketing operations.
