INSIGHTEC Benefits Overview

Leads the global compliance and privacy program for a medical device company. Responsibilities include HCP and third-party seller compliance, enterprise risk management, policy development, training, hotline and investigation management, auditing, board reporting, GDPR data protection oversight, and guidance to commercial, medical, and R&D teams.

Leads clinical sales across the Northeast, managing and coaching regional teams to increase procedure volume, utilization, recurring revenue, and new account launches. Partners with Marketing, Service, and Clinical Applications teams; analyzes regional KPIs; develops referral networks and account workflows; and drives operational rigor, customer adoption, and commercial growth for INSIGHTEC’s focused ultrasound neurosurgery programs.

Manage clinical regulatory submissions for medical devices across global markets, review clinical data and documents, serve as US Agent, oversee registrations and device listings, assess complaint reportability, support promotional materials and audits, and maintain regulatory compliance with evolving standards. Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Quality, and Marketing teams globally while following company quality, privacy, and safety procedures.
