The Director of Data Governance will oversee all data for the organization and ensure that the CRM (Salesforce) meets the needs of our organizational strategy. They will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our programmatic, marketing & communications, executive office, and fundraising goals, and proposing solutions for each team. They will also lead constituent segmentation strategy and partner with stakeholders to analyze data and provide reports/insights. Additionally, they will create dashboards and systems for directors to monitor program progress and outcomes. The Director of Data Governance will project manage and prioritize Salesforce-related projects and manage expectations among stakeholders.
