Manages operations across multiple parking facilities, including staff development, customer and landlord service, budgeting, P&L oversight, payroll and cash-control audits, vendor coordination, marketing plans, compliance, and safety and security procedures. The role requires regular travel between locations, schedule flexibility, financial oversight, and leadership of supervisory and operations teams.

Analyzes pricing, market, margin, profitability, customer, and operational data to support revenue and margin objectives. Develops dashboards, reports, KPI frameworks, analytical models, and pricing recommendations. Extracts and validates data from multiple sources, monitors initiative effectiveness, and communicates actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Partners with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to improve reporting, pricing processes, and business performance through analytics, automation, and continuous improvement.

Supervises evening and overnight parking operations across assigned locations, including frontline staffing, scheduling, training, customer service, maintenance coordination, safety patrols, landlord support, cash controls, payroll preparation, compliance, and financial reporting. The manager responds to incidents and complaints, maintains facility standards, supports occupancy initiatives, and ensures operational performance, customer satisfaction, and employee accountability.
