Serve as a product and technical advisor to drive customer adoption of Ironclad. Validate fit, design and configure contracting workflows, templates, and integrations, lead demos and workshops, advise on responsible AI integration, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and long-term platform ownership.

Partner with account teams to design, configure, and implement contracting workflows in Ironclad. Advise on AI-driven contract automation, validate solution fit, lead demos and workshops, and drive customer adoption while collaborating cross-functionally and feeding product insights back to the Product team.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with various teams to design and ship impactful features, mentor teammates, and improve technical architecture.
