Own Jasper’s customer advocacy and experiential marketing engine, including customer story development, reference programs, analyst and press preparation, customer-generated content, and six annual Customer Advisory Boards. Build executive and practitioner relationships, design high-touch events, deploy customer proof into sales and post-sale programs, and measure product behavior change, account coverage, expansion pipeline, and advocacy conversion. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and RevOps in a fully remote role requiring 20–25% travel.

Own product design from early strategy through launch and iteration for new software products and major features. Frame customer problems, develop and test concepts, create high-fidelity prototypes, design accessible and scalable experiences, and collaborate closely with product and engineering. Use AI coding tools and customer research to inform decisions, manage tradeoffs, strengthen design systems, and mentor peers.

Own monthly close, general ledger operations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, corporate card and accounts payable workflows, SaaS billing reconciliations, equity accounting, and variable compensation calculations. Maintain US GAAP compliance and internal controls, support audits and tax filings, resolve cross-functional variances, and improve accounting systems and processes. The role requires an active CPA license and experience with cloud ERP and modern financial tooling.

Partner with enterprise customers to define AI transformation strategies, identify high-value use cases, drive organizational adoption, and realize measurable business outcomes. Build executive relationships, create multi-quarter success plans, track value realization, remove barriers, coordinate internal teams, influence product priorities, manage escalations, and develop customer advocacy programs. This fully remote role focuses on strategic customer outcomes rather than renewals, pricing, or contracting.

Direct the Strategic Finance team and own Jasper’s FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning. Partner with GTM, EPD, and Talent Acquisition on financial planning, headcount approvals, and operating efficiency. Prepare executive and board-level reporting, translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations, and help leadership make informed investment and scaling decisions.

Lead the IQ Platform engineering team and define the architecture and roadmap for Jasper’s AI context layer. Build scalable knowledge management systems, integrations, and RAG pipelines that improve agent intelligence and reliability. Serve as a player-coach by contributing code, mentoring engineers, partnering with Staff-level technical leaders, and driving major platform initiatives from strategy through delivery.

Own and modernize the governance domain (auth, roles/permissions, orgs, billing) as a Staff-level backend IC: set architecture, refactor for scale and AI-native workflows, write critical-path code (70-80%), mentor engineers, and partner with product to deliver enterprise-grade governance and compliance features.

Lead architecture and technical vision for integrations that ingest external data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) into Jasper's IQ layer. Design scalable, secure data ingestion, define context primitives, drive cross-team alignment, and deliver staff-level initiatives that improve reliability and AI-driven product quality.
