Lead Jasper’s Product Marketing function, owning product narrative, positioning, messaging, launches, analyst relations, and go-to-market programs. Build and develop a high-performing team while partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and executives. Translate customer, competitive, and market insights into roadmap, pricing, packaging, adoption, and pipeline strategies for Jasper’s enterprise AI marketing platform.

Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships for Jasper’s Marketing AI platform. Drive adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion revenue across a portfolio of complex accounts. Develop account plans, conduct strategic business reviews, forecast renewal and expansion pipelines, lead commercial cycles, and engage executive stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and Legal while advocating for customer needs and influencing the product roadmap.

Partner with enterprise customers to define AI transformation strategies, identify high-value use cases, drive organizational adoption, and realize measurable business outcomes. Build executive relationships, develop success plans, track value realization, remove adoption barriers, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence product priorities, manage escalations, and promote customer advocacy. The role focuses on strategic outcomes rather than renewals, pricing, or contract management.
