Provide front-desk patient service including greeting, check-in/out, phone handling, POS transactions, and clinic organization. Drive membership sales and re-engage inactive members, participate in marketing, meet sales goals, and support team operations while maintaining clinic cleanliness and following management direction.

Serve as the front-desk receptionist and assist with patient sales: greet patients, schedule appointments, handle calls/emails, process payments, explain payment options and memberships, maintain reception area, complete daily office tasks, and use standard business software. Weekend availability (one day) required.
