Own Kaseya’s global supply chain and procurement strategy, including planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, inventory, warehousing, vendor governance, and cost optimization. Build the Procurement function from the ground up, lead strategic negotiations, establish spend controls and risk frameworks, oversee ERP and procurement-system implementations, develop executive dashboards, and hire and lead a global organization. Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, IT, and Customer Success while reporting to the CFO.

Manage corporate tax provision (ASC 740), prepare and review tax reconciliations and returns (US, state, international), coordinate external advisors, maintain global compliance calendar, calculate estimated payments, and support R&D tax credit studies.
