Lead and supervise onshore/offshore client services teams handling mass claims intake and case preparation. Build and coach team leaders, create protocols, manage workloads and staffing, use data to improve KPIs, liaise with legal and communications teams, and ensure timely, accurate client documentation and communications throughout litigation phases.

Manage and maintain the firm's docketing system: calculate deadlines, update court rule sets, file time-sensitive documents electronically, audit dockets, coordinate attorney admissions and credentials, liaise with courts and vendors, and provide quality control and reporting for litigation matters.

The Workup & Settlement Attorney manages settlement-eligible cases, guiding clients through offers, collaborating with case management, and improving processes.

Lead and improve the firms docketing operations: manage docketing strategy and team, audit cases, ensure accurate date calculations and e-filing across federal and state systems, develop policies and metrics, interact with courts and vendors, and provide quality control and reporting to attorneys and Litigation Support.

Audit and reconcile marketing and lead data end-to-end, maintain campaign tracking and platform integrations, troubleshoot data flow issues, manipulate large datasets to identify discrepancies, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate marketing-to-intake reporting.

The Staff Attorney will draft legal documents, collaborate on case strategies, conduct legal research, and communicate with stakeholders to support litigation efforts.
