Builds executive client relationships, leads complex business and technology initiatives, develops strategies and solutions, and drives account growth through proposals, SOWs, and business development. Coaches project teams, mentors consultants, facilitates executive discussions, and applies financial services industry, regulatory, data, and technology expertise across banking, insurance, wealth management, payments, and fintech.

Leads organizational change management workstreams for complex client transformations. Responsibilities include change impact and readiness assessments, strategy and communications planning, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption programs, risk mitigation, executive presentations, and adoption measurement. The role also manages client relationships, supports proposals and business development, mentors consultants, and contributes to the firm’s change management methodologies. Life sciences and healthcare experience, including regulated environments, is strongly preferred.
