Process and verify admissions documents and transcripts, maintain accurate CRM records, evaluate transfer credits per partner standards, coordinate with Enrollment Advisors, prepare files for partner review, and perform related administrative tasks to support student enrollment.

Guide prospective students through application, admissions, and registration processes; communicate via phone/email/text; manage leads and CRM statuses; meet daily call and application metrics; provide feedback on lead quality and support students from lead to program start.

Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and agency sites to place students for clinical rotations. Source and negotiate placement agreements, coordinate matching students to sites, ensure compliance, resolve placement concerns, and work with university and legal teams to secure contracts. Build long-term site relationships and represent program curricula to partners.
