Support store operations by moving and organizing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, maintaining back-of-house organization, assisting with inventories and visual merchandising, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace while providing positive customer service. The Customer Experience Supervisor leads and coaches the sales team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, supports store operations, and engages customers effectively.

Provide best-in-class in-store customer service as a concierge for guests. Greet customers, handle cashier duties (cash handling, returns, Mobile POS), support sales floor replenishment, stockroom organization, visual standards, inventory tasks, and general housekeeping. Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and special events under manager direction.
