The role requires frequent retailer visits, trade shows, travel, and use of a personal vehicle.

Supports FP&A across business units through cash flow and working capital reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, dashboards, investor relations, and board materials. Partners with operations, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance leaders to inform strategic decisions. Owns implementation of the finance and accounting AI roadmap and provides analytical support for quarterly reforecasts and monthly business reviews. The role must be based in the Midwest.
