Provide medical nutrition therapy for inpatient and outpatient pediatric patients with complex chronic conditions. Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition including TPN, perform nutrition assessments, counseling, growth monitoring, participate in team rounds and clinics (including telehealth), educate families and staff, coordinate with food service and external specialty teams, and support discharge planning and follow-up.

Provide respiratory-focused staff education and competency validation, deliver training on ventilators and equipment, support outpatient clinic workflows, perform spirometry and asthma education, evaluate and manage pediatric respiratory patients (including tracheostomy and ventilator care), participate in quality improvement, and maintain required certifications while performing Respiratory Therapist duties across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The Nurse Scientist leads evidence-based nursing practice and research initiatives to improve patient outcomes and strengthen nursing practices. Responsibilities include developing policies, mentoring staff, and collaborating with leadership on quality improvements.

The X-Ray Technologist performs general and portable radiography exams, EKGs, and maintains effective patient and interdepartmental relations, ensuring quality imaging and compliance with safety standards.

Provide trauma-informed psychological services to patients, families; includes therapy, assessments, consultation with medical teams, and supervision of interns.

The Radiology Technologist performs radiography exams and EKGs, ensuring patient care and adherence to technical standards while maintaining departmental functionality.

Serve as clinical liaison coordinating referrals, prior authorizations, and admissions between referral sources and La Rabida. Work with case managers, physicians, families, and clinical teams to ensure timely, criteria-appropriate admissions and expand referral relationships.

Provides acute medical and preventive care to children. Assesses needs, develops care plans, facilitates education, and consults on pediatric practices.
