Develops brand strategies for CPG and other clients through research, analysis, positioning, semiotics, packaging strategy, and strategic presentations. Partners with creative and multidisciplinary teams, presents recommendations to clients, supports pitches and business development, mentors junior talent, manages direct reports, and contributes to budget and performance goals.

Manage cross-functional branding programs from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are on scope, on time, and on budget. Maintain client satisfaction, deliver high-quality error-free materials, coordinate internal milestones, participate in workshops and strategy, and enforce PMO governance and financial controls across research, strategy, design, digital, and other brand capabilities.

Advise C-suite leaders on corporate brand positioning, narrative, architecture, portfolio strategy, transformations, M&A integrations, and brand-led growth. Lead complex client engagements, build strategic practices, develop business, mentor strategy talent, and collaborate with creative and experience teams to translate business goals into actionable brand platforms and governance.
