Develops brand strategies for CPG and other clients through research, analysis, positioning, semiotics, packaging strategy, and strategic presentations. Partners with creative and multidisciplinary teams, presents recommendations to clients, supports pitches and business development, mentors junior talent, manages direct reports, and contributes to budget and performance goals.

Manage cross-functional branding programs from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are on scope, on time, and on budget. Maintain client satisfaction, deliver high-quality error-free materials, coordinate internal milestones, participate in workshops and strategy, and enforce PMO governance and financial controls across research, strategy, design, digital, and other brand capabilities.

Advise C-suite leaders on corporate brand positioning, narrative, architecture, portfolio strategy, transformations, M&A integrations, and brand-led growth. Lead complex client engagements, build strategic practices, develop business, mentor strategy talent, and collaborate with creative and experience teams to translate business goals into actionable brand platforms and governance.

Develop brand, packaging, and design concepts that deliver memorable storytelling and support client business goals. Create and evaluate design strategies, build or refresh brands, apply strong aesthetic judgment, develop presentation techniques, and collaborate with peers and partner teams to maintain project continuity. The role requires exceptional creative execution, strategic problem-solving, trend awareness, strong communication, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, and a comprehensive portfolio.

Lead key client relationships and brand transformation projects for major clients. Understand client organizations and brands, identify opportunities, align business needs with agency capabilities, and ensure excellent client service. Collaborate with strategy, design, naming, research, and brand engagement teams while directing project delivery on time, within budget, and within scope.

The Senior Client Manager will lead project management for client brands, grow client relationships, and work collaboratively with various teams to deliver client projects.
