Prepare and submit municipal and agency permit applications for cable and fiber installations; build and maintain relationships with local authorities; ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate permit tracking, document control, and stakeholder communication throughout approval and construction phases.

Manage full permitting lifecycle for long‑haul telecom projects: prepare and submit permit packages, track approvals, present at public hearings, coordinate with engineering/construction, and serve as primary permitting contact to ensure regulatory compliance and on‑time progress.

Manage site acquisition for telecom infrastructure: negotiate leases, secure zoning and permits, prepare SCIPs, coordinate surveys and engineering teams, handle easements/title reviews, monitor budgets and schedules, and present at zoning hearings.

Design detailed outside plant (OSP) fiber and copper networks (aerial and/or underground) for FTTH and commercial projects. Create constructible GPON system designs, BOMs, and construction quotes. Perform quality control, field checks, site walks, and interpret OSP records. Collaborate with engineering, design, power companies, and construction teams while supporting construction safety and project sustainment.

Lead planning and delivery of large telecommunications infrastructure projects (fiber, small cells, wireless towers). Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk, permitting, subcontractors, contract negotiation, quality and safety compliance, and client communications while driving operational performance and pursuing new project opportunities.
