Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Lendr works with TASC (our FSA supplier) to help employees cover their out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $2,650 annually.
Lendr pays 100% for STD and LTD insurance for the employees.
Lendr's dental plan has a great year maximum of $2500 and a low deductible of $50. Our plan also includes orthodontic insurance for children of our employees. 100% of preventative care is covered.
Lendr's vision insurance provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams, in network.

Lendr's 401(k) retirement plan with Fidelity offers a broad selection of stocks, bonds, and international index funds to choose from.
Lendr's 401(k) retirement plan matches 100% of the employees first 2% contribution. The next 4% of the employees contribution is matched at 50% for a total of a 4% match. Immediate vesting.
Lendr's performance bonus is paid out annually and is based on employee performance, as well as company performance.
