The Internet Sales Coordinator generates and maintains sales pipelines through online inquiries, engaging customers, providing information, and coordinating with the Marketing team.

Convert internet-generated leads into sales prospects by responding via email, chat, phone and 1-800 lines, maintaining customer and inventory databases, coordinating electronic marketing, guiding customers through products and financing, and attending sales meetings and community events. Must work flexible hours and provide in-person support at company communities and offices.

Lead and manage the division mortgage team, overseeing origination, processing, underwriting compliance, and customer service. Recruit, train, and coach staff; implement programs and systems; liaise with lenders, escrow, sales, and design centers; handle borrower issues; monitor lender programs and regulatory quality control; drive branch business and strategic goals for volume and profitability.

Prepare and manage all escrow and closing documents and processes, clear title conditions, reconcile and disburse funds, train/supervise associates, solicit business, and ensure compliance with escrow accounting, Good Funds Law, and title insurance requirements.
