Manage JV-level real estate accounting: budgeting, forecasting, cash management, capital accounts, debt covenant monitoring, investor reporting, and acquisition/disposition accounting. Review third-party property accounting, prepare capital calls and distribution waterfalls, support lender reporting, and maintain GAAP-compliant capital accounts. Use real estate systems and financial models; CPA highly preferred.
