Serve as the independent statistical expert on a DSMB for an FDA-regulated mHealth trial. Review interim analyses, assess stopping boundaries and safety/efficacy against FDA criteria, participate in closed DSMB deliberations, and produce formal recommendations while maintaining strict confidentiality over an ~18-month, ad-hoc contractor engagement.

Board-certified pulmonologist contracted as an ad-hoc clinical SME to advise on respiratory trial protocol design, feasibility, safety oversight, sponsor engagement, investigator/KOL interactions, and best-practice development across respiratory indications.

Lead development strategy for a portfolio of in-licensed assets toward capital-efficient Phase 2 proof-of-concept readouts. Design Phase 1/2 studies, set target product profiles, drive regulatory and CMC plans, lead diligence and prioritize assets, build and manage a lean virtual development organization, and represent development strategy to investors, partners and the board.
