Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap development for Litmos learning platform capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, QA, product marketing, operations, and customers to define requirements, prioritize features, establish success metrics, support go-to-market activities, and deliver high-quality user experiences. Conduct market research, analyze user feedback and data, and ensure platform capabilities meet learning, accessibility, mobile, content, and industry standards.

Leads cross-functional product delivery, strategic planning, launch coordination, customer adoption, and revenue enablement across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Serves as the SVP Product’s operational partner, managing dependencies, delivery health, roadmap alignment, product metrics, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives. The role requires driving execution across distributed teams and translating customer, market, and business insights into product priorities.
