Provide U.S. HR operations support by processing employee lifecycle transactions, maintaining accurate Workday and HR system data, managing employee inquiries and cases, supporting compliance and audits, and contributing to process improvements, system testing, implementations, and regional HR initiatives.

Leads regional OEM sales execution across industrial, HVAC/R, renewable energy, energy infrastructure, storage, industrial drives, and safety markets. Drives account growth, pipeline development, design-in activity, forecasting, and multi-technology selling. Coordinates manufacturer representative firms and collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, product management, and operations. Builds customer relationships, supports product introductions, resolves issues, and translates market trends into actionable commercial recommendations.

Leads global Solar Fuse and High-Speed Fuse portfolios, setting product strategy, technology roadmaps, commercialization plans, pricing, profitability, and growth targets. Evaluates manufacturing capacity, sourcing, automation, investments, and supply strategy across global sites. Collaborates with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and customers to launch products, improve margins, manage portfolios, and support strategic negotiations. Builds customer relationships and influences cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Leads the design, testing, verification, validation, and commercialization of new circuit protection products. Develops prototypes, specifications, drawings, cost estimates, and technical reports; analyzes test results; drives product optimization and cost reduction; researches materials and technologies; collaborates with manufacturing, quality, customers, and cross-functional teams; supports certification compliance and project delivery.

Develop and execute high-voltage and short-circuit test plans for circuit protection devices. Perform tests, analyze waveforms and data, produce test reports, participate in design reviews, lead lab improvements, maintain equipment, update safety/risk assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing methods.

The Principal Engineer for Customer Quality acts as the key customer contact for quality issues, addressing complaints, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to establish quality standards and facilitate customer audits, while managing quality performance and supporting product lifecycle decisions.
