Advises nonprofit chapters and strengthens relationships with national leadership. Conducts chapter assessments, analyzes financial and performance data, develops improvement strategies, streamlines operations, monitors KPIs, implements best practices, supports training, manages risks, and facilitates collaboration among chapter executives, boards, and internal teams. The role requires strong nonprofit operations, financial analysis, strategic consulting, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change leadership skills, with 20–25% travel.

Conducts compliance audits of organizational chapters, summarizes findings, recommends corrective actions, and provides follow-up guidance. Builds trusted relationships with chapter teams, supports enterprise risk management initiatives, prepares reports, and manages multiple compliance projects. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills, along with nonprofit compliance or audit experience, database reporting, and approximately 20% travel.

Designs, implements, configures, and supports enterprise cybersecurity solutions across IAM, endpoint, network, email, application, cloud, and security awareness domains. Conducts vulnerability assessments, threat hunting, incident investigation, security tool tuning, policy development, and security architecture reviews. Serves as a security subject matter expert on technology projects, collaborates with an MSSP, provides incident escalation support, and maintains availability for critical security operations.

Supports leadership and planned giving operations, including planned gift marketing, estate management, donor stewardship, CRM tracking and reporting, revenue forecasting, budget management, gift distributions, and chapter communications. Coordinates with finance, donor care, stewardship, prospect research, leadership gift officers, vendors, and external stakeholders. Administers board financial tracking, pledge reminders, campaign support, and gift program improvements while maintaining accurate, confidential records.

Manages Make-A-Wish’s in-kind Cruise Line program, coordinating booking requests and supporting chapters. Partners with Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, vendors, donors, and the cruise line to optimize program use, develop processes and training, track utilization, report outcomes, synthesize feedback, and maintain documentation. The role requires travel-planning experience, strong communication and organization, Microsoft Office expertise, discretion with sensitive information, and occasional travel up to 10%.
