Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, payment preparation, vendor issue resolution, and payment inquiries. Manage corporate credit card activity, prepare annual 1096 and 1099 forms, support financial close and audits, and contribute to process improvement, reporting, and special projects. The role requires accuracy, organization, reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The Senior Accountant supports month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, cash accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The role assists with external audits, identifies process automation opportunities, performs ad hoc analysis, and contributes to accounting process improvements. Strong knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley, advanced Excel skills, and general ledger software experience are valued.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce enhancements: gather requirements, design solutions, configure platform (objects, flows, LWCs), manage QA/UAT and releases, monitor integrations, resolve defects, maintain documentation, and provide post-deployment support and training.

Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile features using React/React Native. Build scalable backend services (C#, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails) and RESTful APIs. Work with AWS (ECS/EKS/Lambda), Terraform, Kafka/Debezium, and databases. Collaborate with product and design, follow CI/CD and best practices, and operate autonomously.

Manage accounting operations, month-end close, general ledger functions, consolidations, reconciliations, GAAP compliance, audits, internal controls, and financial reporting. Lead and develop the Accounting team, support technical accounting research and acquisition integrations, and drive process improvements, automation, and accounting best practices. Partner cross-functionally with finance and business teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Lead cross-functional security initiatives: automate security tasks and incident response, manage HITRUST/SOC2/PCI assessments and remediation, evaluate and optimize security tools, secure software development (GitHub, code scanning, AI code), respond to audits, deliver training, and investigate and remediate security incidents to advance program maturity.

The FP&A Analyst will coordinate financial analysis and reporting, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for patient and provider platforms; mentor engineers; integrate AI-augmented engineering tools; enforce API, data modeling, and architectural best practices across React/React Native and backend services; optimize CI/CD, observability, and reliability metrics; drive technical spikes, POCs, and cross-team alignment.

Design, build, and own Marathon's core cloud platform (primarily AWS). Implement IaC (Terraform), automation, self-service, and reliability-by-design. Define platform standards, embed security and compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/HITRUST) into workflows, reduce incidents through better design, and mentor other engineers.
