Provides regional IT service desk support, manages and resolves tickets, supports Microsoft technologies, trading applications, phones, and end-user devices. Responsibilities include imaging and maintaining computers, handling escalations, documenting technologies, supporting desk moves and logistics, entering invoices, following ITIL practices, and maintaining regulatory and operational compliance. Occasional travel to data centers and regional offices may be required.

The Assistant Audit Manager supports internal audit activities across Marex’s US-regulated entities, focusing on regulatory-required, risk-based audits. Responsibilities include planning and executing audits, assessing risks and controls, testing operating effectiveness, preparing workpapers and reports, documenting findings, and tracking management actions through resolution. The role requires knowledge of US broker-dealer, FCM, and swaps-dealer regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience auditing complex financial systems in global financial services organizations.

Leads Marex’s U.S. regulatory audit program across broker-dealer, FCM, and swap dealer entities. Owns audits from planning through reporting, remediation tracking, and issue validation; reviews workpapers and audit findings; monitors regulatory developments; and presents insights to senior leadership. The role partners with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, regulators, and external auditors, while managing and coaching audit staff and overseeing co-sourced resources.
